A decade of buying, selling, investing, and building a life in Texas — now rooted in Dripping Springs and the Hill Country communities I love.
I graduated from UT Austin with a communications degree and did what any sensible Longhorn does: I became a homeowner immediately. There's something about holding those keys for the first time that either terrifies you or lights something up inside you. For me, it lit a fire that never went out.
In 2013, I married Austen Trimble, and around 2014 we found ourselves in a situation a lot of young couples stumble into — we bought a place in Tarrytown before we knew what we were doing and accidentally became landlords. We weren't investors. We were just a couple who couldn't quite let go of a house we loved. But those "accidental landlord" years in Tarrytown taught me more about real estate than any class ever could.
From there, it got intentional. I made my first real investment purchase in East Austin — back when East Austin was still early enough to require some vision and some nerve. That one deal changed how I thought about property entirely. It stopped being just shelter and started being strategy.
"I'll always tell you what I really think about a home — its value, its potential, its risks. Especially when that's not the comfortable thing to say."
Then came the flips, the rehabs, the long-term multifamily rentals in San Antonio — I still own those. Each deal added a new layer of understanding: what makes a neighborhood hold its value, when to walk away, how to read a house's bones and its market position at the same time. I became a licensed realtor and started helping friends and family navigate the same decisions I'd already been making for myself. Year over year, the business grew.
In 2021, Austen and I made the move to Dripping Springs with our first two daughters, and I fell completely in love with the Hill Country. The pace of life, the schools, the landscape, the tight-knit community — it's exactly where I want to raise my family. I've spent the years since then helping families find their footing in Austin, Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Blanco, and the surrounding Hill Country towns that most agents in the city don't really know.
Austen and I now have four kids: June, Emma Jo, Georgia, and Billy. When I'm not working, you'll find all six of us outside — at the pool, down at the river, or somewhere along the lakes and waterways of Central Texas. I'm passionate about staying fit: I walk, run, and work out because it keeps me sane and sharp. I bake sourdough (still working on the perfect crust). Austen is an avid hunter, so there's always something wild being cleaned in the garage or something excellent being cooked in the kitchen. We love preparing high-quality, real-food meals and we are always hosting — friends, neighbors, whoever shows up.
That's the life I've built here. And it's exactly the life I help other families find.
After a decade of buying, selling, investing, and advising — these are the things I've learned never to compromise on.
I'll tell you when a home is overpriced, when a neighborhood is overhyped, or when you should wait. My long-term reputation matters more to me than any single transaction. Clients become friends — and friends get the truth.
I live here. I raise my kids here. I know which streets flood, which HOAs are a headache, which developments have hidden tax rate traps, and which neighborhoods are genuinely undervalued right now. That kind of knowledge only comes from being present.
I've owned rentals, done flips, and managed rehabs across Austin and San Antonio. I think about every home through the lens of long-term value — not just today's list price. Whether you're buying a primary residence or a second property, I'll help you see what the numbers actually mean.
Every milestone added a new layer of expertise — this is how I got here.
Graduated the University of Texas at Austin and became a homeowner almost immediately. That first set of house keys changed everything.
We started building our life together in Austin — and quickly discovered that we both had strong opinions about real estate.
We couldn't quite let go of a home we loved in Tarrytown, so we kept it and rented it out. Those unplanned landlord years taught me more than any real estate course ever could.
Bought into East Austin early — when it still required vision and nerve. This deal changed how I thought about real estate: it stopped being just shelter and became strategy.
Expanded into San Antonio with flips, full rehabs, and long-term multifamily rentals. I still own those properties — they're a constant reminder of what long-term thinking actually looks like.
Started helping friends and family navigate the same decisions I'd already been making for myself. Grew the business year over year through referrals, trust, and honest advice.
Austen and I made the move to Dripping Springs with our first two daughters and fell completely in love with the Hill Country — the pace, the schools, the landscape, the community. We never looked back.
Four kids, deep roots, and a business built entirely on referrals from families I've genuinely helped. Serving Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Blanco, Buda, Kyle, Austin, and the Hill Country towns I know from the inside out.
I focus on the places I actually live, drive, and know — so I can give you real insight, not just search results.
Where I live and raise my family. I know every neighborhood, tax rate, school zone, and HOA from the inside out.
Hill Country gem with strong short-term rental demand and a tight-knit permanent community. Great for primary and investment buyers alike.
Quietly becoming one of the most desirable small towns in Central Texas. River access, character, and a price point that still makes sense.
Rapidly growing with excellent value for families priced out of DS. Strong schools and convenient access to Austin and San Marcos.
One of Texas's fastest-growing cities. Great entry points for buyers and strong rental demand for investors looking at the I-35 corridor.
Where my real estate story began — from Tarrytown to East Austin. I know the urban core and the city's relationship to the Hill Country corridor.
Whether you're buying your first Hill Country home, selling a property you've outgrown, or thinking about your next investment — I'd love to be the person you call first.
